　　I think that one of the qualitys necessary for a leader is to have passion. This is because the people are attracted by a person with the splendid passion and ambition. Mr. Nelson Mandela whom Nobel Peace prize won in the Presidents of late former South Africa was the splendid leader who poured passion into abolition of the apartheid the other day.
 　　And the other of the qualitys necessary for a leader is calmness. Calmness to control one's feelings is necessary for a leader. This is because you must judge things calmly without being drained around when the people of the circumference are confused as for the leader and drive recklessly. It is the leader whom calmness and a person with the passion attract people and can lead definitely.
 　　And I think that the nature of the leader is made not a thing to have by nature. One is born hereditarily and have and may be character suitable for leaders. However, I think that the leader is made. The environment of the circumference brings up the person to a leader. It is said that Ryoma Sakamoto who is a patriot of the late Tokugawa period when I contributed to the Meiji Restoration was the boy who is faintheartedness. But, thanks to the times called the late Tokugawa period and the influence of people of the circumference, it is estimated as the leader beyond the times now. I think that it is made with the leader in this way.

       I have studied English since a junior high student. I rarely use English in everyday life, but there is the situation thinking that English is necessary. For example, when I obtain information to see overseas news. Because it is broadcasted in English, in CNN, BBC, and Al Jazeera ability for English hearing is essential. Because my hobby is soccer, when I watch the overseas game and read an article of the soccer, I need English.
       In addition, I intend to study English after having graduated from a university. Specifically, I want to improve ability for hearing and speaking ability chiefly. Therefore I study TOEFL and the TOEIC and want to take a lesson of the business English conversation. I think that it is provided with English ability by continuing studying English even if I graduate from a university.
        Then Because my future dream is to get distribution-related work, I cannot miss the English ability. Concerning work, this is because it thinks that there are many opportunities to speak English. Because the trade with foreign countries is very important, in Japan in particular, I think that I am often concerned with the trade with foreign countries. So English will become indispensable in my future.

#1 Changing my hometown

My home town is Takarazuka. Takarazuka is very good town. But there are some bad points which should be improve. First one is maintenance of the road. The width of many roads is narrow,and there is not the sidewalk. This is very dangerous, in paticular, the elderly and a child are in danger. Besides, the ditch of the road is deep and is in danger. Takarazuka should improve the deficiency such a road. Then Takarazuka will become more comfortable. Second one is The use of the ruins of the Takarazuka Family Land. Takarazuka Family Land was amusement park, was near the Takarazuka station.  There were many amusement, for example, roller coasters, merry-go-round and free fall. In addition, there was area such the zoo. We can watch many animals there. Above all, the white tiger was popular. However, the number of customers decreased, and Takarasuka Family Land was closed. And a high-rise apartment and huge pet facilities were estalished in the ruin. But, a vacancy is outstanding in a high-rise apartment, and the huge pet facilities are closed in this winter, too. As of now, these ruins are not available to Takarazuka well. Takarazuka should make a new amusement and a popular spot there.
